A one-time $15 set-up fee will apply for each property, which can be waived if you sign-up for a 3 month deluxe RentTheBay.com membership.
Each additional property is $6.95 per month, which includes one free transaction per month.
Additional monthly transactions are $1.95, which can be paid by the landlord or the resident.
